What is the right way to take the four Master Supplements, Inc. products together?

For superior gut health:
First, prepare your intestinal tract for probiotics. Take two Enzalase at night on an empty stomach with two scoops of TruFiber in an 8 oz glass of water. Doing this for ten days creates an environment that is optimal for probiotic colonization. This very gentle colon cleanse will not cause spastic or violent evacuation like harsh chemical stimulants.

Following the ten day cleanse, take one Theralac a day for two weeks, followed by two a week thereafter. This will load your intestinal tract with probiotics, and maintain good gut flora. During this time, keep taking one scoop of TruFiber daily. This enhances the effectiveness of Theralac and improves regularity.

Enzalase dose can be reduced to one a day. Take with your heaviest meal of the day, or the one that might give you difficulty. For example: if you're lactose intolerant but want to have a slice of cheesy pizza, take an Enzalase with that meal.

Probiotic Rotation is an excellent idea - more (diversity) is better. Once you taper down to taking Theralac twice a week, it is time to introduce TruFlora. Alternate taking two TruFlora one week and two Theralac the next. Continue to alternate both products.

This health maintenance protocol may not be enough. If you have GI "Issues", it might be best to continue taking one Theralac every day for 30 days... ...or beyond. Candida or Yeast Problems may require more TruFlora than Theralac. TruFlora is our probiotic formulation that battles yeast and Candida. Some customers regularly take one or even two TruFlora every day. You may have to do the same until you find some relief. The length of time you may have to take this dose can vary because of the nature of "the beast". Candida and Yeast are often difficult to manage.
